The goal of the workshop is to delve into gender-lens investing in the investment landscape and Gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the workplace. During this training, we will define what it means to invest with a gender lens and outline the steps to integrate gender considerations throughout the investment process. We will also put these lessons into practice by going through an investment case study. The training will also cover an overview of the identification and management of GBVH risks in the workplace, the legislation in Ghana, as well as any other concerns regarding diversity, inclusion, and discrimination.
