Dear Sir/Madam,
Impact Investing Ghana (hereinafter referred to as IIGh) is pleased to invite qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of business laptops for the organization.
The procurement is for fourteen (14) laptops with the specifications outlined in Section 3.2.
Quotations may be submitted on or before 16th January 2026 by midnight via email to this address info@impactinvestinggh.org and copy doris.mensah@impactinvestinggh.org.
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), please prepare your submission in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stated in this RFQ and submit it via the aforementioned email addresses by the deadline for submission.
Suppliers are required to submit the following:
- Technical Specifications – detailed description of the proposed laptop models demonstrating compliance with the required specifications.
- Financial Quotation – unit cost and total cost for each laptop option, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.
- Delivery Timeline – expected delivery period after issuance of a Purchase Order.
- Warranty & After-Sales Support – details of warranty coverage and support services.
- Company Profile – including business registration details and relevant experience in supplying IT equipment.

1.0 About Impact Investing Ghana
Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh) is the GSG Impact National Partner for Impact Investing. Terms of Reference (Annex 1)
2.0 Introduction & Objective
Impact Investing Ghana ( IIGH) invites quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply of business laptops to support IIGH’s operational and programmatic activities.
The procurement is for fourteen (14) units per proposed option. Following the evaluation of submitted quotations, the IIGH Procurement Committee will select the most suitable option.
3.0 Scope of Supply
The selected supplier will be expected to:

- Supply fourteen (14) units of the selected business laptop option, as determined by the IIGH Procurement Committee following evaluation.
- Deliver all items to IIGH at the agreed delivery location within the proposed delivery timeline.
- Provide laptops that are brand new, original, and supplied in sealed manufacturer packaging.
3.2 Business Laptop Specifications
- Laptop Type: Business class laptop
- Condition: Brand new and supplied in sealed manufacturer packaging.
- Processor: Intel Core i5 / Intel Core i7 (11th generation or higher)
- Memory (RAM): Minimum 8GB
- Storage: Minimum 256GB SSD
- Windows 11 Pro or macOS
- Screen Size: 14
- Camera: Integrated HD webcam
4.0 Supplier Eligibility and Qualifications
Suppliers must demonstrate the following:
- Legally registered business in Ghana (provide registration documents).
- Proven experience supplying laptops/IT equipment to corporate institutions.
- Capacity to provide warranty and after sales support.
5.0 Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be assessed based on:
- Cost effectiveness & value for money – 40%
- Compliance with technical specifications – 30%
- Delivery timeline – 20%
- Warranty & after-sales support – 10%
6.0 Budget
Suppliers should submit a competitive quotation in GHS, clearly stating the unit price and total price per option, applicable taxes, delivery costs (if any), and the validity period of the quotation (minimum of 30 days preferred).IIGh reserves the right to negotiate final quotes.
7.0 Terms and Conditions
- IIGH reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liability.
- The selected supplier will be required to sign a contract or formally accept a Purchase Order in line with IIGH’s procurement procedures.
- Payment terms shall be agreed upon and clearly stated in the issued Purchase Order and contract.

- Financial quotation (GHS)
- Delivery timeline
- Warranty and after sales support details
- Company profile and relevant experience
