Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh) is pleased to invite your firm to submit a quotation for the production of a high-quality video documentary under the IIGh Impact Series 2025, which captures the journey, achievements, and impact of our programs and funding partners, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RfQ
Quotations may be submitted on or before November 11, 2025 by 5:00 pm via email to this address: info@impactinvestinggh.org with doris.mensah@impactinvestinggh.org & kobby.odoom@impactinvestinggh.org in copy.
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RfQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements of services as stated in this RFQ and submit it via this email by the deadline for quotation submission. Late submissions will not be considered.
The Consultant is required to submit the following:
- Quotation
- Profile of the videographer/production team.
- Detailed proposal outlining methodology, work plan, and timeline.
- Past works: at least two relevant past video production projects showcasing similar scope and quality.
- Budget breakdown.

About Impact Investing Ghana
Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh) is the Ghana National Advisory Board for Impact Investing. We are an independent, nonprofit initiative focused on advancing the development of Ghana’s impact investment ecosystem. IIGh is Ghana’s representative to the Global Steering Group (GSG) for Impact Investing, the successor to the Social Impact Investment Taskforce established by the G8. The GSG’s National Advisory Boards currently cover 33 countries and provide a global platform to drive investment and increase the global visibility of its members. Our aim is to tackle Ghana’s pressing social and environmental challenges by driving more capital to deliver genuine impact. Introduction
IIGh Impact Series: Capturing the Journey and Impact of Our Funding Partners
The IIGh Impact Series is a flagship documentary initiative designed to chronicle IIGh’s journey and the strategic contributions of its funding partners. Established in 2019 and operational since 2021, IIGh continues to lead Ghana’s impact investing ecosystem mobilizing capital, forging partnerships, and aligning policy frameworks to advance inclusive and sustainable development.
The 2024 edition of the Impact Series will spotlight IIGh’s growth and achievements to date, with a special focus on the RISA Fund, celebrating its role in enabling innovation, knowledge creation, and ecosystem strengthening. The documentaries will feature voices of funders, program leads, beneficiaries, and partners, sharing insights, lessons, and tangible outcomes that demonstrate IIGh’s national and regional impact.
Purpose of Assignment
To engage professional videography or production firms to plan, film, and produce high-quality documentaries and video highlights (each 3–10 minutes) showcasing:
- IIGh’s milestones and ecosystem-building efforts since inception
- The role and impact of the RISA Fund and other partners in driving sustainable change
- Key success stories, testimonials, and results from supported programs
The videos will be used for advocacy, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and visibility across IIGh’s media platforms.
Number of Productions
The consultant(s) will be engaged to produce a total of five (5) video highlights/documentaries under the 2025 IIGh Impact Series, as follows:
- The DSA Story – New production
- The ESO Journey – New production
- Celebrating RISA – Reproduction of existing material
- Pensions and Research – New production
- IIGh @5 – Re- production (Key milestones of IIGh in the last 5 years)
Each video will be produced in accordance with IIGh’s branding and communication standards, incorporating interviews, event footage, graphics, and other creative elements to ensure consistency in storytelling and visual quality across all outputs.
Videos to Be Produced:
- Video 1: IIGh’s @5, overall achievements and impact in 2025 (3–5 minutes).
- Video 2: Successes and outcomes of RISA-sponsored programs under IIGh (3–5 minutes).
- Video 3: The journey of ESO
- Video 4: The DSA story
- Video 5: Pensions and Research
Target Audience:
- Video 1: Donors, partners, stakeholders, and the general public.
- Video 2: RISA program stakeholders, including funders, government agencies, and ecosystem players.
Video Style:
Professional, impactful, and engaging, incorporating interviews, event footage, graphics, and data visualizations to effectively tell the story.
Project Objectives
Video 1: IIGh Overall Achievements and Impact
- Showcase IIGh’s milestones, activities, and measurable impact in 2024.
- Highlight key programs, events, partnerships, and successes.
- Emphasize IIGh’s role in driving impact investing and ecosystem development in Ghana and West Africa.
- Inspire confidence and encourage continued stakeholder support.
Video 2: RISA-Sponsored Activities
- Highlight the outcomes, achievements, and impact of RISA-funded programs.
- Showcase tangible results, testimonials, and success stories.
- Demonstrate the value of RISA’s investment in fostering sustainable and inclusive growth.
- Serve as a reporting tool for funders and stakeholders.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
- Pre-Production
- Participate in briefing sessions with IIGh to align on concept, tone, and storylines
- Review available assets (photos, past footage, reports, and event recordings)
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and production plan for approval
- Production
- Conduct on-site filming at IIGh office, project locations, and partner sites
- Capture interviews with IIGh leadership, RISA representatives, funders, regional partners and beneficiaries.
- Gather B-roll footage of events, community engagement, and success stories
- Post-Production
- Professionally edit final videos (3–10 minutes each) with subtitles and graphics
- Include branding, voiceover, transitions, motion graphics, and royalty-free music
- Produce short social media snippets (30–60 seconds) for promotion
- Provide two rounds of revisions based on IIGh feedback
Deliverables:

- Final edited videos (3–10 minutes each)
- Five (5) short social media clips (30–60 seconds each)
- Raw footage and all edited versions in MP4 format
- High-resolution, moblie and web-optimized formats
Delivery Formats:
- Optimized versions for mobile and online platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, website).
- High-resolution versions for presentations or offline use.
Timeline
The consultant is expected to complete the assignment within 4 weeks from the start date. The key milestones are:
- Submission of pre-production plans: Week 1
- On-location filming: Week 2
- First drafts of videos: week 3
- Final videos submitted: week 4
Roles and Responsibilities
Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh):
- Provide access to program assets, reports, and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate on-location access for filming and interviews.
- Review and approve storyboards, scripts, and video drafts.
- Provide feedback in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met.
Consultant:
- Plan and execute the production of high-quality videos in alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure all music, footage, and graphics are royalty-free or properly licensed.
- Communicate regularly with IIGh to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Evaluation Criteria
The selection of the consultant will be based on the following:
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in video production, storytelling, and editing.
- Portfolio: Examples of similar projects completed.
- Budget Proposal: Cost-effectiveness and detailed budget breakdown.
- Past Work: Evidence of similar work
Submission Guidelines
Interested consultants are required to submit:
- Profile of the videographer/production team, including relevant experience.
- Detailed proposal outlining methodology, work plan, and timeline.
- Portfolio showcasing similar work.
- Budget breakdown.
