Background
As part of IIGh’s work in unlocking local capital for investment in the real sector, there is a need to support the development of local talents in VC/PE Fund Management.
The Fund Manager development program will be a broad-based design of how to support a potential manager, right from thinking about fund design to investment execution.
IIGh is seeking a consultant to design a program to support the next generation of VC/PE Fund Managers.
Scope of Work
- Program Design & Curriculum Development
- Benchmark global/regional best practices in fund manager development programs.
- Design a structured program framework that supports aspiring and emerging fund managers.
- Tailor the curriculum for both early-stage and growth-stage fund managers.
- Develop training manuals, case studies, and practical toolkits for fund managers to apply in real-world settings.
Deliverables
The selected Consultant will:
- Design the fund manager capacity development programme
- Develop capacity building tools, templates, and/or knowledge products.
Contract length/Time Demand: 27th October to 24th November, 2025
Requirements
Please provide a proposal that includes the following components:
- A summary/profile of the consulting firm or consultant detailing past experience with similar work.
- Proposed technical approach.
- Quotation- detailed budget breakdown, including fees for services and other expenses, and narrative outlining your proposed fees.
Selection Criteria
The evaluation of proposals will be based on the following criteria:
- Experience with similar work, especially in the Ghanaian context
- Strength of technical approach
- Cost-effectiveness.
