Accra, Ghana – October, 2025 – Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh) is proud to announce the appointment of Percival Ofori Ampomah, Esq., MSc., LLB, CVA to its Board of Directors. A distinguished investment and legal professional, Percival brings over 20 years of leadership across private equity, venture capital, asset management, and corporate law in Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Currently serving as General Manager of the Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF), Percival is renowned for his ability to bridge legal precision with commercial insight, structuring and executing high value transactions that have shaped markets and strengthened institutions. His career spans senior executive roles in asset management and private equity, including transformative investments in financial services, agro-industry, and infrastructure.

His appointment marks a strategic milestone for IIGh as it deepens its commitment to catalyzing impact investing and positioning Ghana as a regional hub for innovation and inclusive finance. Percival’s expertise in business valuation, investment appraisal, and governance combined with his global perspective and local leadership will be instrumental in advancing IIGh’s mission.

Percival holds an MSc in Finance from Durham University Business School, an Honours LLB from GIMPA Law School, and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from KNUST. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the Ghana Bar Association, with executive education from Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
